This viewpoint is better known as the Miradouro Das Cabanas De São Jorge, because it is at the foot of the famous Cabanas De São Jorge.
Located between the parishes of São Jorge and Arco de São Jorge, the Beira da Quinta viewpoint is an obligatory stop.
The fabulous view from this belvedere over the charming village of Arco de São Jorge and the imposing rugged mountains that surround it, seduce its visitors. The view also covers the entire north-west coastline as far as Porto Moniz.
To complete the panorama, on clear days it is possible to see the silhouette of Porto Santo a few miles to the northeast.
A mandatory stop.
