Miradouro Do Guindaste is located on one of the slopes of the mouth of Ribeira do Faial, this viewpoint offers a panoramic view of the immense ocean that bathes the north coast of the island from Faial to Ponta de São Lourenço, and on days when visibility is good, it is possible to see the island of Porto Santo to the northeast.
This viewpoint makes it possible to see the beautiful mountains that surround the entire island, where greenery and houses, many of which are difficult to access, predominate.
