We go to São Vicente and stop at São Vicente caves. ( option ) only the volcanism centre is accessible, the caves are not. Entrance fee.

The Volcanism Centre is located by the São Vicente Caves, on the cliff side opposite the São Vicente Stream in a charming village on the North Coast of Madeira, at the bottom of the valley where the formation of the Island began. Moving on, we will pass by one of the most visited waterfalls on the Island, the Véu Da Noiva Waterfall.

From this viewpoint, located between Seixal and São Vicente, we can see the Véu da Noiva waterfall and the north coast of Madeira Island. 

Situated on the old road connecting Seixal to São Vicente, the Véu da Noiva viewpoint shows us one of the most emblematic landscapes of Madeira.

From this point we can see the Véu da Noiva waterfall, which due to its height and the water pouring down the hillside resembles a bride’s veil.
From this viewpoint you can also enjoy a pleasant view of the Atlantic and the slopes of Madeira’s north coast.

We will go to Seixal, through the old entrance, and you will be able to see some very nice views over the sea.

As we pass through this place we will make some stops so you can see the landscape.

We will go to Ribeira Da Janela, which has this name because the most extensive and abundant watercourse formed in the interior of the island, in the middle of the mountains and that flows into the ocean, is called Ribeira da Janela.

This name comes from a small islet that rises near the mouth of this stream and at the top there is a natural rocky outcrop that is reminiscent of a window.

This islet is not accessible, but your family members can visit it.

We will end our tour in the municipality of Porto Moniz, a place well known by many visitors and famous for its natural pools, formed in the middle of volcanic lava.

These pools are accessible and it is possible to visit and swim in the salt water.
